The Providence College School of Business Offers a New Program
The Providence College School of Business is on the rise, with visionary leadership. It is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, which is a distinction only held by 5 percent of business schools worldwide. In 2015, the business school ranked number 67 in Bloomberg Businessweek’s part-time MBA.The college employs faculty who are nationally known for their expertise.
Micro MBA Program
This March, the college will offer a new business program geared towards high-performing professionals who want to transition to administrator and manager positions. The Micro MBA Certificate will help professionals who are in healthcare, education, public and military service and nonprofit fields. Professionals who want to update their business skills or are thinking about enrolling into a full-time MBA program are welcomed as well. Many schools at the state level offer a version of a mini-MBA program, but they tend to be more expensive and extensive. The Micro MBA Certificate program does just the opposite by running the program for just nine weeks for only $995.
Objective of Program
The classes will be taught by top faculty members at The Providence College School of Business and will provide a rapid foundational education in business principles. It will help professionals merge ideas and information across a variety of business concepts and give them the skills they need to make executive decisions.
Every Wednesday until May from 6:30 pm- 9 p.m. the class will meet and is broken up into nine parts which include:

- Law and Ethics
- Organizational Dynamics
- Business Strategy
