Simon Kelly is the Assistant Managing VA Disability Attorney at Rob Levine Law, where he works as a part of a team that represents veterans nationwide in their VA disability compensation claims and appeals. Simon enlisted in the Kentucky National Guard in 2006 and honorably served for seven years, which included a deployment to Afghanistan in 2009. His experiences in the military provided a foundation for his life and motivates him to seek justice for other veterans. After his service, Simon obtained a B.S in Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He later received his J.D. from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he helped found the school’s first Veterans Legal Clinic. Simon’s work is focused on public service, veterans, and justice. In addition to his representation of veterans, Simon has presented on various topics of Veterans Law at NOVA, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s School of Law, and Yale Law School.
