Meet Rob Levine, Founder of Rob Levine Law

Rob Levine is an attorney, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose career has been built on serving injured individuals, helping businesses grow, and strengthening the communities he serves. As the founder of Rob Levine Law, Rob has spent more than 25 years advocating for injured and disabled individuals, earning the nickname “The Heavy Hitter®” for his relentless pursuit of justice. Under his leadership, the firm has helped more than 50,000 people recover over $2 billion in personal injury compensation and disability benefits. Rob Levine Law maintains a strong personal injury presence throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, while representing Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability clients nationwide.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to share what he has learned, Rob expanded his impact beyond the practice of law by creating businesses that support the legal industry. He founded Records On Time, a nationwide medical records retrieval company that helps personal injury law firms obtain records faster and more efficiently. He also founded Legal Ascend®, a mastermind and consulting community designed to help law firm owners improve operations, leadership, marketing, and growth.

Rob is also a frequent speaker on law firm growth, leadership, technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship, and continues to share the lessons learned from building successful businesses and legal organizations.

While many of Rob’s ventures support the legal industry, his entrepreneurial interests extend beyond law as well. He is also the founder of Drive Your Art®, a software company that uses augmented and virtual reality technology to help users visualize outdoor advertising designs from a real-world perspective. These ventures reflect Rob’s forward-thinking approach to solving problems through innovation and technology.

Before becoming an attorney, Rob served as a military police officer, paramedic, ski patroller, and police officer in Central Falls, Rhode Island. These experiences instilled in him a lifelong commitment to service, safety, and advocacy that continues to guide his work today.

Service to his community has always been central to Rob’s mission, both inside and outside the courtroom. Through the Rob Levine Gives Back program, he leads charitable initiatives that provide hundreds of Thanksgiving dinners each year, donate more than 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to local students, and offer free Uber vouchers during holidays to help prevent impaired driving. He also hosts the annual Family Fun Fest, a community celebration that brings together families for a day of entertainment, food, and activities.

When he’s not working, Rob enjoys skiing, staying active, and taking on new challenges. Of all his accomplishments, he is most proud of being a father to his two daughters.
