James Riley Hodder has spent over 17 years looking out for the rights of individuals, primarily in personal injury and disability law. Attorney Hodder has represented hundreds of clients before the Social Security Administration. He also spent several years writing appellate briefs for injured workers before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents, winning several cases that affected the interpretation of the law. In addition to his personal injury work, he has represented individuals in landlord / tenant disputes, unemployment compensation challenges, and timeshare arbitration cases in Florida, Texas and California. In addition to a law degree from Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Hodder has a bachelorís degree in music. His volunteer work includes being a past president of the Greater Bostonians, Music Makers for the Jimmy Fund, and several years as a member of the Camping Committee of the Greater Boston YMCA for several years.
