August Recall: WD-40
WD-40 announced on August 5th, 2020 that they are recalling 130,000 units of their product, X-14® Mildew Stain Remover. It was recently discovered that pressure can build up inside the bottle, causing it to fall over and leak. The leakage that occurs poses a risk of skin irritation.
This recall is only applicable to 16- and 32-ounce bottles of the X-14® Mildew Stain Remover. The lot codes, identifying the affected bottles, can be found on the back of the bottle in the upper right-hand corner. Lot numbers affected include 20052 O – 20063 O (UPC 041737260015) and 20062 O – 20127 O (041737260763).
