Mindy C. Montecalvo has been practicing law for over 30 years and has focused her career on advocating for individuals to achieve the best results possible. She is known for her passion and hard work for her clients, always fighting for the best results possible. Mindy has been the Managing Attorney of the Personal Injury Division at Rob Levine Law since 2016. She is deeply involved in overseeing client cases and understands the importance and value of meticulous preparation and assists in navigating the challenges that comes with personal injury cases.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Mindy attended St. Mary’s Academy in East Providence, Rhode Island. After completing her undergraduate degree from Providence College, she went on to earn her law degree from Western New College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. She is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state bars and also the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Federal Court bars.
In addition to her legal work, Mindy enjoys spending time with her son, who is also an attorney, her daughter, who is a nurse practitioner and her five year old grandson.
