About Michael Gardiner

MICHAEL J. GARDINER is an experienced litigator with 35 years of experience in civil Litigation and criminal defense. He is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a 2024 graduate of the Gerry Spence Method trial methods training program and is an ongoing participant and contributor. He has been a successful advocate before the Rhode Island Supreme Court in Root v. Providence Water Supply Board, Diquinzio v. Panciera Lease Co. Inc. and Liberty Mutual v. Harbor Insurance after first contesting the matters at the trial court level. He is a graduate of the Western New England College School of Law , 1989 and began his legal career at Fine, Pearson Edmond and Fein in Springfield while in Laws School, and At Gunning LaFazia & Gnys, Inc. in Providence Rhode Island in 1989. A solo practitioner from 1993 to 2022, he joined Rob Levine Law in 2023. His undergraduate degree, BA was obtained from the University of Rhode Island, 1980 to 1984 and he is a Graduate of Cranston High School East 1980. He is life-long resident of Rhode Island.
