About Daniel LeClair

Attorney Daniel LeClair has worked on behalf of injured people since he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western New England University Law School and passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam in 2016. He is currently licensed in Massachusetts, with pending admissions in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and is scheduled to sit for the Rhode Island Bar Exam in February of 2025. He is also licensed to practice law in Massachusetts Federal Court. In his role as Pre-Litigation Attorney, Attorney LeClair works with injured clients to maximize their case values by understanding the client’s injuries, advising on the best course of treatment, and getting to know the impact of the injuries beyond just the pain. His experience with negotiating with Insurance Companies, and in the Court Room, allows him to effectively settle cases without the need for litigation. His skill and knowledge of the Law help him accomplish great results for his clients. Beyond his career in law, Attorney LeClair enjoys sports, barbequing, spending time with his family and friends, and most importantly, time with his long-haired miniature dachshund, Winston.
