David Stauber

David has extensive experience in the personal injury field and a demonstrated record of success. Prior to his tenure at Rob Levine Law, he worked at a plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation firm where he expanded the types of cases the firm handled to include commercial litigation and product liability cases and was responsible for navigating complex issues to bring cases toward disbursement and file closure. In that role, he worked tirelessly to maximize his clients’ settlements and resolved one case in particular for more than quadruple what the client’s prior attorneys had been encouraging her to accept. Additionally, David has extensive experience defending corporate and individual clients in various types of litigation, such as personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, medical malpractice, product liability, and commercial matters. During his time with a nationwide defense firm, he successfully resolved dozens of cases, won several appeals, and prevailed on summary judgment in a highly litigated wrongful death case brought against a major agribusiness company he was defending. David has a passion for travel and history and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
