Military Veteran PTSD SSDI Awarded Benefits

Military Veteran PTSD SSDI Awarded Benefits

Recently we dealt with an SSDI case for a Military Veteran:

A 30 year-old was discharged from the military after he developed combat-related post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This is a condition where the victim has flashbacks of traumatic events, high anxiety, and depression. His combat related injury made it very difficult for him to work or maintain a job. He tried to complete an application for SSDI benefits online, but he ran into problems because of his impairments. He then contacted us for assistance. We finished his application for him and let Social Security know he had hired us to represent him. Two months later, he was awarded benefits. Getting approved for SSDI benefits can seem daunting or even downright impossible, but if you contact the right SSDI lawyer, your chances of getting approved increase dramatically.
