The RLA team took his case, scoured his VA claims file, and actually found several service records that clearly demonstrated his certifications and qualifications as an expert driver of numerous military vehicles. Additionally, the team developed more evidence with B.M. that helped align his experiences with the records discovered. In the end, the RLA team helped B.M. clearly prove and verify his unique service in/around the Korean DMZ and helped him win his claims for Agent Orange-related disabilities, prevailing with a 100% award of service-connection!
