So the state of New Hampshire tried to pass a cap to create a limit on what you could get in your case. So as we look around the country, there’s lots of states that are creating tort reform. So in New Hampshire, there’s two types of damages, as in really the whole country. There’s economic and non-economic. Economic loss is your lost wages. It’s your medical bills. It’s a physical number that we can assign to that comes from something that you’ve lost. Non-economic damages are like your pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of a partner, if you have future residuals, those kinds of things. And so the state tried to pass a cap of $875,000. However, it was found to be unconstitutional. So today there is no cap in New Hampshire that’s enforced.
