I’ve always wanted to be in law. When I was a kid, I thought it would be fun to have a job where I could just argue with people all day. Obviously, now I know that it’s more than just that. For me, it’s about problem-solving, critical thinking, and being able to use those skills to help people. I’m a personal injury attorney, and I have been here at Rob Levine for about five months now. I work in all areas of personal injury, including car accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. The case that stands out for me is one where the client was involved in a seemingly minor car accident where there was very little property damage, but she had hit her head on the car window. She ended up being diagnosed with a severe concussion and had a lot of lasting medical issues as a result. So the case ended up settling for a lot more than we would have expected initially. Cases like that remind me that it’s important to really pay attention to what the client’s going through and really evaluate every aspect of the case in order to maximize the settlement for the client.
