No Win, No Fee: Understanding Contingency Fees

I wanted to take a minute to explain our fee-free guarantee. What does that mean? So when you hire a lawyer for a personal injury case, it means that we usually charge a contingency fee. And when I say we usually, my law firm is always a contingency fee. Different law firms charge different amounts. But at our law firm, a contingency fee means you paying us is contingent on you winning your case. And that’s where our fee free guarantee comes in. If you don’t win your case, you owe us nothing. You don’t pay costs. You don’t pay expenses. You don’t pay for our time. So we spend hundreds and hundreds of hours on a case sometimes. And if in the end, unfortunately, we’re not able to prevail, you owe us nothing. So what does that mean? It means you should always have a lawyer in your corner. Why would you settle a case on your own when you could have a lawyer who has years and years of experience of doing thousands of claims for people to be able to fight the insurance company and get you every dollar you deserve? There’s no fear because if the lawyer doesn’t win, if you don’t win your case, you don’t have to pay anything. So you can count on our fee free guarantee and you can count on the fact that we’re going to fight for every dollar you deserve.
