There’s a number of unique things about rideshare accidents. The first one being that if you’re a passenger in a rideshare, we don’t have to deal with the worry about whether you were at fault or not, because you are, because you were just a passenger in the vehicle. But more specifically, there’s going to be a lot more insurance policies involved in a rideshare accident than there are in a normal car accident. Most importantly for clients as well, there are often going to be much bigger policies than we deal with in just individual car accidents. Because whether it’s Uber or Lyft or whatever ride share company, they’re going to have a commercial policy on that vehicle. And that might be a million dollars, it might be even more than that. Whereas if you just get hit by some individual in the world, they could have a $20,000 policy, a $25,000 policy. So if you’re significantly injured in a rideshare accident, you can oftentimes ensure that those injuries are properly addressed and you can get compensated quite fully for your experience and for your injuries.
