So the question is, why you shouldn’t settle your case without an attorney. The truth is, you shouldn’t handle a case without an attorney, simply based on the fact that we have years of experience. I personally have 25 years experience. Combined experience, if we look at all the lawyers in our law firm, is hundreds of years of experience of handling cases just like yours. But let me tell you a story that really explains the length that an insurance company or an insurance adjuster will go to really not pay you. Because remember, their goal is to pay you nothing and deny your claim or pay you as little as possible basically distorting the facts, not sharing information, not telling you the truth under the law, what you’re entitled to. So by hiring a lawyer, we know what obviously you’re entitled to. We know what the law says. So many years ago, when I was a young attorney, I went to a mediation and sitting at the mediation table, the insurance adjuster pulled out a picture of their insurance car, their car rear-ended my client. And they had blown up this picture to only show a small part of the front of the car and tried to tell the mediator that this was the damage that their car suffered. So I hadn’t provided them pictures prior to the mediation that we had of their insurance car. So I said, are you trying to claim that that’s the damage to your car? And the adjuster said, yes. And I pulled out the pictures that we had blown up of the entire vehicle, showing the hood completely collapsed up and pushed forward, the undercarriage damage, the damage to the side of the car where in the crumple zones that had collapsed, showing that even though it hit our truck, because our truck had minimal damage because it’s big, there was tremendous damage to their insurance car, showing the amount of force. And remember, matter cannot be created nor destroyed. It only travels and so that energy travels into our truck and into my client. So don’t go it alone. Don’t trust the insurance company. They’re not going to tell you the truth. Hire us and we’re going to fight for you.
