I am a Rhode Island native, born and raised, and I’ve been all around the state. I thought about leaving the state for college, ultimately decided I couldn’t really be far from my family of more than, you know, 15 minutes. So I went to Rhode Island College and I got a bachelor’s from Rhode Island College in business management, which is what I do now as my day to day career. I am the chief operating officer here at Rob Levine Law. My day-to-days are meeting with different division managers here at the firm, making sure our KPIs are hit, making sure our team is both given the tools that they need to do their job efficiently and effectively, oversee the training and development of the team, work on culture with promotions of the team, and just to continue to help the law firm grow. Something that I think makes the team special here is the amount of love that they have for what they do. So each of our division managers really exemplify why they do what they do. They are hard workers. They talk to thousands of clients a year. They ensure that those clients are going to get the best treatment that we could possibly give to them. And they are just passionate about what we do and why we come to work every day.
