Can I Post on Social Media While My Case is Open?

So, should you be posting on social media when you’re pursuing a personal injury claim? You can always post. The question is, what should you be posting?

So, if you have a back injury, you probably shouldn’t be posting that you’re out on the basketball court with your buddies playing basketball because if you were injured, you really shouldn’t be playing basketball. But the reality is, if you’re honest and you’re injured, you’re not going to be posting things that you shouldn’t be doing because you wouldn’t be doing them. But from a smart perspective, you wouldn’t post anything that you wouldn’t want the insurance company to see or to be playing when your case goes to trial because it’s going to affect your case negatively.
