So proving that a property owner is at fault for your injury, regardless of really how it happened, whether you fell on something, whether you’re in the property and something fell on you. We go back to the general standard of negligence, duty, breach, causation, and damages. So the owner of the property owns you a duty unless you really were trespassing and didn’t belong there at all. and he has to act in the reasonable standard to make sure that the property is safe and that you’re not going to get injured being there and that you’re injured and that your injury is a direct result of his breach of that reasonable standard, the standard of care that he owes you. And so we look at all of that.
