David Moore

David Moore is an experienced attorney licensed in Tennessee, specializing in military and veterans’ law. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rhodes College, he brings his expertise in legal services for military personnel, veterans, and underserved communities. Before his time as a Staff Attorney at Rob Levine Law, David worked as defense counsel for active-duty service members and veterans alike where he handled veterans’ disability benefits cases, drafted legal briefs for discharge upgrades, and represented his clients in various administrative and criminal hearings to secure favorable outcomes. Now, David has resumed his passion for veterans’ disability benefits at Rob Levine Law and looks to use his knowledge of various military systems to benefit his clients. When not practicing law, David enjoys the thrill of whitewater rafting, and you can often find him at a local jazz clubs soaking in live music. He is also a big movie buff, always ready to unwind with a great film, and enjoys having retro arcade game night with his family.
