Jessica Bennett is an experienced attorney licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C., with a special focus on Veterans’ Disability. With dedicated experience in veterans’ law, Jessica has successfully guided hundreds of veterans through the complexities of the VA bureaucracy, transforming confusing legal regulations into favorable outcomes. She is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and is driven by a deep commitment to ensuring those who served receive the maximum compensation they are entitled to. She has also served roles where she focused primarily on family law, mass tort litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Jessica began college at just 17 years old and graduated Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and political science from Virginia State University in 2011. She also interned at The Commonwealth District Attorney’s Office and South Carolina Legal Services, where she developed a passion for justice and serving underserved communities. She earned her J.D. at Charlotte School of Law in 2015. During her time as a law student, she continued her efforts to serve her community by volunteering to serve veterans with estate planning.
When Jessica is not practicing law, she enjoys cooking and gardening.
