Kalin McKivergan

Attorney Kalin E. McKivergan is skilled in personal injury law, licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, with pending admissions in New Hampshire and Connecticut. As the Pre-Litigation Managing Attorney, she maximizes client recovery by strategically enhancing case value. With nearly 2,000 settlements and over $35 million in recoveries, Attorney McKivergan’s expertise encompasses motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and slip-and-fall cases. In her role, Attorney McKivergan trains and mentors her team of attorneys, focusing on effective case assessment, value building, and securing high-value settlements for clients. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola New Orleans College of Law, gaining global perspectives through programs in Vienna, Turkey, and Greece. She served in several leadership capacities, including founding the American Constitution Society and contributing to the VITA Program. Her undergraduate degree is from Curry College, where she graduated magna cum laude in Criminal Justice and Politics & History, with a minor in Religion and Philosophy. Outside of her career, Attorney McKivergan enjoys painting, skiing, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, including her two young children.
