In her role, Attorney McKivergan trains and mentors her team of attorneys, focusing on effective case assessment, value building, and securing high-value settlements for clients. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola New Orleans College of Law, gaining global perspectives through programs in Vienna, Turkey, and Greece. She served in several leadership capacities, including founding the American Constitution Society and contributing to the VITA Program. Her undergraduate degree is from Curry College, where she graduated magna cum laude in Criminal Justice and Politics & History, with a minor in Religion and Philosophy.
