About Scott Tierney

With over 30 years of experience as a personal injury attorney Scott has successfully recovered millions of dollars for deserving clients who have been injured through no fault of their own. His extensive experience in all types of personal injury cases, from car accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, crane accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful deaths and catastrophic injury cases, allows him to quickly assess the best route through the lawsuit process to achieve a successful and valuable outcome for every client. Scott has applied expert legal skills acquired during his career to bring legal claims to trial in both the State and Federal Courts and has the knowledge and ability to prepare your case for a settlement or ultimately to trial, if necessary. After earning his Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in 1988 where he was a Division I cross country and track athlete earning 12 Varsity letters, along with academic honors, he returned to Syracuse College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1991. He is licensed to practice in Rhode Island and the United States District Court of Rhode Island. When he’s not working hard on your case, he enjoys time travelling with his wife of over 30 years and time with his 5 adult sons, along with interests in reading, hiking, energetic walks and lots of live music.
