On a warm afternoon in May 2023, Michelle Beach was merging onto Route 3 from Route 102 in Rhode Island. She was stopped at a yield sign to allow oncoming traffic, which had the right of way.
While stopped, another driver, who was looking to the left, failed to see her when looking forward again and rear-ended her vehicle. The impact pushed her across the roadway into a high-speed lane, and she had to maneuver the vehicle into the breakdown lane. She then called 911, waited for emergency personnel, and was transported to Kent County Hospital.
Michelle suffered injuries as a result of the crash, including whiplash, a cheekbone injury, a concussion, trauma to the left eye socket, and a black eye. She then contacted Rob Levine Law to help with her case, who fought for her through every stage of the process and tenaciously negotiated with insurance companies to secure a settlement.
