So when your child gets into a accident because they’re a passenger on a school bus, obviously the parents step in. And so that’s the same in any case, right?
So when you have a minor, you need to have an adult over 18 who’s responsible for that child. And so it’s really no different than any other car accident case. We need to show either the bus driver was negligent or another vehicle that hit the bus was negligent. And you’re entitled to make sure that your child gets paid for everything that they deserve, right? If there’s medical bills, pain and suffering, scarring, if they have surgery, everything is covered and paid for by the at fault party, whether it’s the bus company, the city, or obviously another driver who hits the bus.
