So people often ask why do they have a case manager assigned to them in their case and not just an attorney. And the reality is we want to have a dedicated case manager and a dedicated attorney to every single client. And the reason for that is the case manager is there not to handle the legal part of your case. They’re there to handle the everyday questions, right? The filling out the forms, answering your questions, making sure you’re going to the doctor, following up with you on your questions, anything that arises in your case. Your doctor needs to send you to a different physical therapist or you move and you need somebody else to see you or you want to see a specialist, they’re there to help you to make you get the appointment, send up references for you, work with your doctor, get more information, get more records. If there’s a question with your filling out a form for a state crash report, we work with you on doing that. Often will do it for you. The case manager will handle all of those things. The attorney is there obviously to talk to you on a regular basis, but really focus on the legal aspects of your case and the case manager is there to support that and make sure everything in between really gets handled well.
