Rob Levine Law Secures $400,000 Settlement in Providence Pedestrian Injury Case Without Litigation

Rob Levine Law has reached a $400,000 settlement for a pedestrian seriously injured in a Providence crosswalk, achieving the result without the need for litigation and allowing the client to focus on recovery.

The incident occurred in Providence, Rhode Island. The client was attempting to lawfully cross the street within a clearly marked crosswalk. The defendant was making a turn that required crossing the marked crosswalk. While turning, the driver failed to properly observe the roadway ahead and instead focused on oncoming traffic from another direction. As a result, the driver did not see the client in the crosswalk and struck him. The impact caused the client to be thrown approximately four to five feet.

The avoidable collision caused significant injuries to the client. There was severe damage to his hip and leg, which ultimately required surgical intervention before he could begin to fully recover.
