So, you’ve been injured in an accident and it’s someone else’s fault. There’s an insurance company on the other side. So, if you post things that you shouldn’t be doing or the insurance company is following you and you’re engaging in activities that you shouldn’t be doing, they’re watching.
So, first of all, the obvious. There might be somebody following you. So depending on playing sports, something as simple as carrying out the garbage, running up the stairs, remember somebody might be watching.
Also, if you’re posting on Facebook, on Instagram, on Tik Tok, you’re creating a record of what you’re doing. So think twice. For yourself, it might seem innocuous, simple, this doesn’t really mean anything. But when they twist it, which is what they’re going to do, and they just take a piece of the video showing a small snapshot that doesn’t make you look good, which is their goal to discredit you. Think twice about what you’re posting and what you’re doing.
Just a small reminder from Rob Levine Law.
